Dining at Broderick
Jon & Vinny's
Jon & Vinny’s brings more than a restaurant to Broderick. Residents can enjoy its menu downstairs, along with wine tastings and sommelier-led experiences from Helen’s Wine Bar, or bring the restaurant home with food and beverage service extending to residences and shared spaces throughout the building.
Coffee and pastries can meet you in co-work, and drinks can find their way to the pool. Broderick’s retail partners also offer private dining, chef-led experiences, and catering for gatherings of all kinds.
Movement
Activate House
Activate House brings its San Diego fitness community to Broderick with a studio experience centered around movement, energy, and connection. Known for Pilates, Spin, Sculpt, and Yoga, Activate House offers group classes and personal training with thoughtful instruction and an atmosphere that makes showing up feel a little easier.
At Broderick, residents will have access to Activate House programming without leaving the building, making everything from a Pilates class to a stronger start to the day part of life at home.
